Why did you become a teacher?

I enjoy seeing students of all ages reach their potential and become productive members of society. I feel rewarded when my students do their best work to become successful.

What is your teaching philosophy?

In the community college, students should receive the training and skills needed in order to be competitive in today’s job market. Instructors should have high standards while maintaining flexibility and understanding of the adult student’s special circumstances.
